Online Full Moon Ceremony, March 24

Event Details

The Full Moon Ceremony is a ritual reported to have been practiced regularly since the time of Shakyamuni Buddha. In this ceremony we come together online as a sangha, in order to give voice to our aspirations, renew our agreements to live in harmony together, and offer gratitude to our teachers. This beautiful, ancient ceremony deeply touches the minds, bodies and hearts of the participants.

The Full Moon Ceremony will start at 7 pm, after evening zazen at 6:30 pm, and will be hosted by the teachers and monastics at Ancestral Heart Zen Monastery. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes, and a discussion of the precepts will follow.

No registration required. All are welcome!

For security reasons, we do not post zoom links publicly. If you are subscribed to the BZC sangha listserv and receive the weekly announcements, please find the recurring log in information already in your inbox. Otherwise, please contact Flo Lunn here in advance.
