Master Li Cheng-yu was Sally Chang’s Grand-teacher, beloved Daoist Priestess, and cultivator of Internal Alchemy. Master Li was a 24th generation Longmen Pai (Dragon Gate) lineage holder, originating from Wudang Mountain. This Qigong is a gentle yet powerful, deeply nourishing form that is accessible for beginners to seasoned practitioners. No previous experience is necessary, all are welcome.

This live in-real-time workshop is designed to help you create a regular rhythm of daily home practice. Sally will guide you in Qigong for one hour every morning, plus Q&A. In terms of physical expectations, during class students will be standing, shifting weight, and moving arms and legs.

After each class you’ll be emailed a link to the video replay. You will have access to the video to accommodate varied schedules and time zones, and to review. If you miss a live class or would like to review all the recordings of all classes will remain available to participants until Monday, June 28th. 11:59PT. 

Beginners and all levels are welcome. BIPoC are encouraged to join, as this Qigong is calming, grounding, and strengthening in these challenging times.


Cost:  Sustaining $200 / Base $160 / Members $140 (minimum 3-month membership)
