December 31, 2023 – January 1, 2024
Our annual New Year’s Eve sit returns to Boundless Mind Temple. Doors open at 8:45pm and we’ll have a period of soji (temple cleaning) at 9pm. At 10:30, we’ll sit three periods of zazen, the third of which will go until just past midnight. During the last period, we’ll sound 108 bells that will ring in the New Year. Following the sit, we’ll celebrate with a treat and the ritual “burning of our hindrances” for the coming year.
Please note that no walk-ins will be allowed.
Equitable Pricing Model
BZC is committed to offering classes, workshops, and retreats on a sliding scale in an aspiration to move towards equity within our sangha. To that end, we offer an equitable pricing model as a mindfulness practice and a mirror of our relations to histories of wealth. Please see the Equitable Pricing Model to determine your registration rate level.
If you’re unable to pay at the lowest rate, please use this form to apply for an exemption.
