Eight Silk Brocades Qigong Workshop

Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 10am – 1pm

Sally Chang will guide you in learning the Eight Silk Brocades, one of the oldest and most influential Qigong forms. It is deeply nourishing, strengthening, and centering. In addition we will be including partner work with light contact, to highlight the lively, relational aspects of Qigong.

Physical expectations will be standing, raising up and down, and raising the arms above the head, all according to ability. If you have special needs, please email us ahead of time.

We ask that all participants be fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks will be required indoors at all times. Please see the BZC Covid Protocol for additional information. We are currently at risk level YELLOW and masks are required indoors at all times.

Lunch will not be served on Saturday. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch or go out for lunch (there will be an ample break in the middle of the day.)

Online Friday Evening Conversation

Friday 7 – 8:30pm

The program includes a special Online Friday Evening Conversation with Sally Chang and BZC dharma teacher Shingetsu Laura O’Loughlin. The Online Friday Evening Conversation is open to all who would like to attend just the talk – offered online ONLY. Participants will receive log in details after registering.
