Sangha Day is a community gathering, a time for us to come together with an intention of Connecting, Healing, & Cultivating Joy.
This Sangha Day, we will practice ‘open space technology’—a self-organizing format we learned from the Branching Streams Gathering. This approach allows us to collectively shape the day around what matters most to us in the moment. Together we will co-create a space to explore, play, and express ourselves both verbally and non-verbally—a space to connect with each other, ourselves, and all the complexity and joy that we are.
Schedule Overview: The day begins with set-up and one period of zazen, followed by a morning orientation where we’ll organize the day together using Open Space Technology (OST).
Participation: We ask that everyone participate in the morning orientation/organization of the day. After that, you’re welcome to come and go as you please—there’s a lot of flexibility throughout the day.
What to Bring: Bring your open minds and hearts. Bring your burning questions. Bring what you want to share with sangha around connecting, healing & cultivating joy.
