BZC is now starting its 13th year in Brooklyn and we are incredibly grateful to our co-founders and a dedicated core of senior practitioners for the endless level of commitment they have shown to Brooklyn Zen Center in getting us where we are today. Now as they step into important new roles, it is time for the wider community to move forward as well and play a greater part in supporting the center. It is up to all of us to sustain BZC, including supporting each other in practice and ensuring the continuity of our shared practice space.
To do this, we very much need your help, which is why we are launching this important end of year campaign to raise $220,000 by December 31st. With your help we can ensure that the doors of BZC remain open for another year.
Know that your donations will help support our administrative staff, our operational expenses and our many dana-based programs such as Community Lunch, Awake Youth Project, the People of Color Sangha, the Undoing Whiteness and Oppression group, the Undoing Patriarchy group, the B-12 group, and many more programs which embody the BZC mission and vision.
Will you make a gift today of $108, $250, $500 or any size that is available to you to help us meet our goal?
Know that your contributions are deeply appreciated, and will bring forth greater understanding of compassion and interconnectedness at a time when doing so is going against the stream.
Thank you always for your practice.
