Wednesday Dharma Share (In-Person | 7–8:30 PM ET)

Wednesday evenings provide a chance for the Sangha to gather in person for a more informal, interactive setting and explore our lives of Zen practice. We begin with 15 minutes of zazen (seated meditation), followed by both small and large group discussions facilitated by Dharma Teachers, senior students, and occasional guest speakers.

This ceremony is an ancient ritual practiced since the time of Shakyamuni Buddha where we come together as a sangha to give voice to our aspirations, renew our agreements to live in harmony, and offer gratitude to our teachers. A four-part online exploration of healing rituals and ceremonies in Zen Buddhist practice and community. Led by Dr. Paula Arai, Rev. Duncan Ryuken Williams, Sarah Dōjin Emerson, and Charlie Korin Pokorny, this series examines what makes rituals healing—both historically within Zen tradition and in contemporary practice.
